We’re a digital marketing agency dedicated exclusively to laundromats and dry cleaners. From Google Ads to website design, we help owners attract more customers and grow their revenue.
Our team includes experts in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website design, and client success – all working together to deliver results and make our clients’ lives easier.
We’re 100% remote but fully connected. We communicate daily, collaborate across time zones, and celebrate wins together as one team.

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a group of clients – ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident that their marketing is working.

Lead onboarding, hold check-in calls, and ensure every client feels supported and heard.

Collaborate with our internal Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and web design teams to keep projects running smoothly.

Interpret campaign data and communicate results clearly – turning analytics into actionable insights.

Use tools like ClickUp and Slack to manage priorities, track updates, and keep clients informed.
This role is perfect for someone who’s confident leading client communication and enjoys helping small business owners succeed.
Ideal Traits:
• 2+ years experience in a marketing agency or client-facing marketing role
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or SEO
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple clients with ease
• Excited to learn and grow with a niche agency
